Wednesday October 28th--took Lauren and some of her friends to the corn maze across the street from us. It was HUGE and we got VERY lost at one point! But it was fun! I'm not sure if they liked the maze the best, or the huge pit of corn to play in!

Thursday October 29th-- went to the 2nd grade play called Ei-Ei-Ooops! Kaycee was a "cute chick". Great job Kaycee!

Friday October 30th--Matthew's fall carnival at school. He got to paint a pattern, make a spider with Ritz Crackers, pretzels and raisins, make a Halloween trail mix, got a bat face paint, make a marble spider web, pinned the tail on the cat, made a popcorn hand, and a few other things! Later that day, we did crafts in Kaycee and Sydney's rooms too. Made a cheese finger, decorated a jack-o- lantern and made a mummy pencil holder! Immediately after school, Matthew and Kaycee went to a Halloween party, and Lauren had TWO parties back to back!
Saturday October 31st--The big day! Started the day with a soccer game, and a visit from Grandpa. Then we got ready for the night. Lauren was a crazy ballerina, Sydney a zombie, Kaycee Hannah Montana and Matthew a ninja. We went all around the neighborhood with the hundreds of other kids on our street! We had three really good haunted houses on our street complete with spaghetti brains, a remote control rat, a chain saw, thriller projected on a huge screen, and scary guys lying around waiting to jump up at you! What a fun and busy Halloween week!
