Field Trips

The last 2 Fridays have been busy at our house! Last Friday 1st grade went to the Wild Animal Park! We had beautiful weather and a great day! 3rd grade went to the Temecula History Museum. This Friday, 5th grade had its pool party at the CRC pool. It was so much fun!

We are down to our LAST week of school! Which means: Pizza parties, 5th grade vs. staff softball game, movie days, 8th grade field trip to Knotts Berry Farm, yearbook signing parties, chorus party at Mulligans, 8th grade Cosmic Night party, awards ceremonies, field days, Pajama days and TWO promotions!

Matthew feeding the Lorikeets
Matthew's 1st grade class

The animals may enjoy watching 1st grade boys as much as 1st grade boys enjoy watching the animals! :)

5th grade pool day
The 5th graders have about an hour and a half where they need to be out of the pool. During that time they play games, eat lunch and dance with the D.J.

Sydney in line for the over, under game.

Over your head with a cup of water, under the next persons legs, over the next persons head etc! The catch? The cup has holes in the bottom! :)

Waiting to go down the slide!

OK, so that isn't Sydney jumping off the diving board, but she's in that pool somewhere! (I had a HARD time catching her for a picture! )

I want to go to school where your kids go! Looks like a lot of fun! I can't believe school is out already! So, what were the 2 promos? I love the water game:)

Too much fun....too much to do. The kids look like they are really enjoying the field trips, even if it's hectic for the parents. You're doing a great job kids of having fun. Mom and dad, keep smiling....and this too will pass.....

The 2 Promotions are that Sydney is promoted from elementary school to middle school, and Lauren is promoted from middle school to high school! For some reason, they say promotion instead of graduation! :)

These milestones are like headlines shouting that time is flying past! Happy Days is such an awesome title for your blog.
